Payments
We now accept tuition payments via Paypal!
To pay your tuition online: Click one or more “cart items” below that apply to your family. Please note; there is a 3% convenience fee for online payments. This will be added and listed as “Shipping”.
Payments are applied to the oldest balance and are updated within 2 days of your payment posting. If you are unsure of your balance, please email: billing@cahabavalleylearning.com with your child(ren)’s name and we will respond within 24 hours. You may also contact the Learning Center for a detailed statement of your child’s account.
*Note* If it is not obvious, please tell us the name of the child you are remitting tuition for by: 1) Add the appropriate tuition or payment item to your account; 2) Proceed to checkout 3) Under REVIEW YOUR PAYMENT there is an option to add special instructions to the seller. Click on the link for this option and type the name of the child (ren) you are remitting payment for here.
